PROJECT SUMMARY

This project consists of upgrading the District’s existing wastewater treatment to 3.8 MGD capacity. These improvements include the following: UV equipment upgrades, headworks modifications with a new influent rotary drum screen and grit classifying upgrades, a new grit concentrator, Non-potable water system upgrades, two additional 1 MGD oxidations trains, two additional 65’ clarifiers, RAS/WAS pumping, a new aerobic digester with two cells totaling a 1.7 MGD capacity, solids handling building, digested sludge pumping, polymer feed system, two volute screw presses with solids removal, decommissioning of an existing lagoon, civil site work, yard piping, fire tank and fire pump house, and a new 7,000SF Administration Building.
