Due to an outstanding team effort from Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, Moltz Construction, and Carollo Engineers, the Avon Wastewater Treatment Facility Nutrient Upgrades project was awarded the 2023 Excellence in Concrete Award from the American Concrete Institute Rocky Mountain Chapter at the Annual Colorado
Concrete Conference.
